North Springs Youth Ministry intersects teenagers in their journey with God and hopes to see them grow in their faith in God, hope in the midst of all circumstances and love for the world around them. We do this by challenging them to grow towards God, connect with others in authentic relationship and to actively serve the lost world.

Erik Cramer
I am married to the love of my life, Becky, since December 2006. We have a little daughter, Ashlyne, and a son, Jackson. I’ve been a youth pastor for 10 years, serving at North Springs since August 2007. I went to the University of Southern California (Go Trojans!) and received a Bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism, then attended Bethel Seminary and received my Master’s in Divinity.
