Senior PastorI love being the husband of Tamara for over 20 years and we are the proud parents of Megan, Kate, Jacqueline and Ethan. Our family loves animals and has two dogs, one cat five birds and depending on the week fish, hermit crabs, snakes, frogs and other wild things. I am currently in hot pursuit of the very best hamburger in Colorado Springs, although Five Guys is currently in the lead. My newest food discovery is sushi. Once I conquer the burger contest I may go after the best sushi. We'll see.

When I get some free time I love to be outdoors. Fly fishing is at the top of my list although any reason to be outdoors in the mountains rocks! I am picking running up again and hope to do a half marathon in 2010.

My favorite author is definitely Tim Keller. You have to read Prodigal God, Reason for God and Counterfeit gods. My second favorite author is Eugene Peterson. Working the Angles, The Jesus Way, Five Smooth Stones, and A Long Obedience in the Same Direction are some of my favorites. I have just discovered GK Chesterton and he makes my head hurt, but is well worth the effort.
