    PURPOSE
North Springs Alliance Church exists to glorify God by worshipping Him and developing disciples of all ages who follow Jesus Christ and proclaim Him to others. Together we will welcome people into the family of Christ, train people in the life of Christ, and send people out on the mission of Christ.

    DENOMINATIONAL AFFILIATION

North Springs Alliance Church is part of The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), an evangelical denomination with a major emphasis on world evangelization. The C&MA maintains a “big tent” stance in reference to many doctrinal matters, encouraging believers of diverse backgrounds and theological traditions to unite in an alliance to know and exalt Jesus Christ and to complete His Great Commission.

The C&MA began as a deeper life and missionary movement initiated by Dr. Albert B. Simpson in 1887 to mobilize the under-utilized lay forces and resources of the churches to “take the whole Bible to the whole world.” He believed that a life completely yielded to Christ was one in which service to Christ would be of paramount importance. A person controlled by the Holy Spirit has no choice but to be involved in bringing the Good News to others, either as an overseas missionary or as a missionary at home.

    STATEMENT OF FAITH
The Statement of Faith for North Springs Alliance Church is the same as that of the C&MA.

PRESENT  North Springs welcomed our new Senior Pastor, Don Overton, in December 2009.  Don most recently was at Journey Church in Norman, Oklahoma and prior to that Chase Oaks Church in Plano, Texas.  We are truly thankful for Don's leadership and his vision for North Springs Alliance, and for God’s great provision for our church.
